This part works in case that the demanded part is not available on the website, which is a common case due to the difficulty of inventorying the merchandise of each vendor. In this case, the customer can request his demanded part directly by pressing the "Request Part" button, then fills in his contact information and the requested part’s information, with an option for adding an image for more illustration, then clicks on the "place request" button to finish the process. Accordingly, his/her request will reach out the vendors who are specialized in the same type of car. When a vendor makes a new offer, the customer will receives a notification that an offer has been made for the requested part, and through our application, the customer can review all the available offers. In addition, the customer can communicate directly with the vendor to inquire about any detail of the piece directly through a chat system designed specifically to protect the rights of both parties.
Finally, after the customer chooses the appropriate offer, the shipping agent will send him a detailed video of the part to confirm the shipment.

Policy of return and warranty:

In order to ensure the rights of both the merchant and the customer, GoFabreka has established conditions for return to protect the rights of both parties.

Defects that appeared at the time of delivery, that wasn't clear in the photos?

In case if there are apparent defects, for example (scratches) that was not present in the video and the pictures of the piece. Return is accepted only at the time of receipt by rejecting the shipment, so please review and revise the shipment carefully before accepting it.

The piece doesn't match the Brand or the Model required by the customer?

If the piece doesn't meet the required specifications, returns are accepted within a maximum of seven days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:
Imported used parts:
The piece must be at the same condition in which it was received (the condition shown in the video and photos of the part on the website) affixed with the site's hologram sticker.
New parts:
The new part must be at the same condition it was received, in its original box.

Technical defects in the piece during the warranty period?

In case that the piece did not work because of Technical defects that happened within the specified warranty period, returning the part is going to be accepted under the following conditions:
Imported used parts:
The piece must be at the same condition in which it was received (the condition shown in the video and photos of the part on the website) affixed with the site's hologram sticker.
New parts:
The new part must be at the same condition it was received, in its original carton.

Note:
In case that all of the previous return conditions are met, the piece will be replaced with a similar one or its value will be refunded according to the customer's choice.
